巨岩と温泉から読み解く壮大な物語　MASAYA FANTASISTAと遥かなるコロラドへ

4,000m超のピークを53も擁するコロラド州は、アメリカでも随一のクライマーズユートピア。今回、この地をめぐる手段に選んだのは、ボルダリングと温泉だ。パワフルな火山が吹き上げた岩石と、大地の躍動を感じさせる温泉。僕らは、このふたつのキーワードを頼りに、遥かなる道を車で疾走した。パートナーは山岳スポーツに造詣の深い、MASAYA FANTASISTA。岩肌に取りつき、温泉を体感して、たしかに感じた地球の鼓動。壮大な旅は続いていく。

The folks of Colorado know the power, beauty and hugeness of nature and rump about it as a child would a playground. The nature is what gives them strength and it's also what gives them a humbleness to protect the sacred lands about them. We visited Denver, Vail, Aspen, Boulder, El Dorado Springs, Steamboat Springs, Colorado Springs, and Glenwood Springs, and in each town we found the locals actively BOULDERING as well as soaking up natural minerals in their local HOT SPRINGS.
