- LOOPWHEELER＜ループウィラー＞は、世界でも日本にのみ現存する吊り編み機を使用し、柔らかく風合い豊かなスウェットシャツやTシャツ等を手がけるブランドです。
設立は1999年、当時は「吊り編み機」を英訳する言葉も無い中、LOOPWHEELER を立ち上げ、海外でのオリジナル展開からスタートしました。
吊り編み機でしか作れない往年のスウェットが持つ「味わい」は、日本の丁寧なものつくりの姿勢で正統に実現し、吊り編み生地だけが持ち得る豊かな柔らかさを生かしながら、一歩一歩着実に深化と進化を遂げています。
LOOPWHEELERは、もっともオーセンティックな製法から生まれるこの吊り編み生地に、「今」という時代性を加味しながら、デザイン・パターン・縫製にこだわり、着る人に永くご愛用いただけるよう１枚1枚のアイテムを大切に創り続けています。
LOOPWHEELER is an apparel brand producing soft premium touch sweatshirts and t-shirts, using loop wheel machine which exists running only in Japan.
Established in year 1999, LOOPWHEELER began business from overseas when no definition in Japanese was out there to translate or describe what exactly a loop wheel machine was.
The bold classic feel of loop wheel fabric conceals timeless value, not to mention the integrity of Japanese craftsmanship emphasizes our product's exclusivity. Each step we take pictures our evolution and depth of knowledge.
LOOPWHEELER is dedicated in delivering the most authentic method producing loop wheel fabric, associated with modernity, process into designing, patterning, and construction are truly valued. We hope to better serve our customers by producing items that are indispensable, to inspire all wearer.

- 1974 年生まれ。大学で建築を学び、(株)ミサワホームや(株)カッシーナイクスシーに勤務。
様々な建築家 とのプロダクト開発に関わる。建築家やデザイナーのプロジェクトに於けるエンジニアとして(株)スタジオア ナグラムを設立。プロダクトデザイナーとしては、2011 年に(株)ウシオライティングの依頼でデザインした屋外 用照明器具「Media Light Orchestra」が"IF product design award 2011"を受賞。COMMOC(コモック) ブランドでは、デザインとトータルディレクションを行う。
Akihito Tachibana was born in 1974.
He studied architecture in college, and then worked for Misawa Homes Co., Ltd. and Cassina Ixc. Ltd.He has been engaged in product development projects with various architects.
As an engineer for projects by architects and designers, he founded STUDIO ANAGRAM. INC.
Among his work as a product designer, "Media Light Orchestra," which is an outdoor lighting apparatus designed according to a request from Ushio Lighting, Inc. in 2011 won the IF Product Design Award 2011. He is currently engaged in product designing and the total direction of the brand COMMOC.
