文化服装学院に在学中の1990年に、友人とアンダーカバーを設立。東京コレクションには1994年から、パリコレには2002年から参加し、高い評価を獲得し続けてきた。日本のモード界をリードしながら世界でも活躍を続ける数少ないデザイナーの一人。ストリート・ファッションやパンクミュージックなどのテイストをハイエンド・ファッションにまとめあげる。自身が二児の父親でもあり、ユニクロとのコラボレーションであるUUでは、ファミリーの洋服という新しいテーマに挑戦している。

Jun Takahashi ( Undercover )
Takahashi founded his label Undercover in 1990 while still a student at Bunka Fashion College. He has been highly praised for his Tokyo runway appearances since 1994, and in 2002 began showing collections at Paris Fashion Week. Jun has long been a fashion trend leader both in Japan and internationally, turning street fashion and punk music influences into clean and sophisticated high-end fashion. A father of two, he is enjoying this new challenge with Uniqlo's UU to showcase a line for the modern family.
